Shipping, Delivery and Returns Information

Shipping and Delivery Information:

Items are normally posted within 2 days of receiving cleared payment for your order, except for bank holidays and Sundays.

Shipping charges are weight based

Postage within the UK.

We currently ship via Royal Mail and Parcel Force. All items are personally handed in at our local post office in Stamford.

Non receipt of your items, when posting orders we always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, this proves that we have posted your item and that it’s in the Royal Mail System and it also allows us to verify if the parcel is out for delivery or has been delivered. If after a reasonable amount of time (30 days) the status remains as a “non delivered” status we will issue a full refund to you

Shipping Outside of UK

We currently ship to International destinations using Parcel Force. We are unable to ship to EU countries at the present time.

Returns Information

Return / Refund Policy:

  1. If an item is found to be damaged on receipt please inform us within 7 days, we will request you send the item back to us and issue a refund and postage when we receive the item from you.
  2. If you decide you don’t like the item for whatever reason please let us know within 7 days. We will request you to return it at your cost, on receipt of the item we will issue a refund of the item value.
  3. Shipping and Delivery Information: Postage Costs are dictated by prices set by Royal mail which is our preferred carrier for small and medium packages. We employ a weight based method for postage prices.
